Yes, we’re still wearing them! Did you hear that a CDC conference held April 24-27 resulted in 35 people testing positive for COVID-19. News reports quote a person saying that masking requirements still in place were ignored. Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, California reintroduced masking requirements after 35 of its staff and some patients tested positive for the virus
In light of these disturbing stories and in consideration of the fact that our offices are small and both Dr. Cuthbertson and staff work in very close proximity to our patients, we’re going to pursue a path of caution and ask that you continue wearing a mask at each visit.
We know that other facilities have abandoned their precautions but particularly in light of our practice’s situation, we’d rather remain safe than sorry. We hope you’ll understand!
